the juice of one lemon
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely minced
6 basil leaves, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 summer squash, thinly sliced
1 heirloom tomato, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups baby arugula
- Make the dressing by combining the lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, parsley, and basil.
