This smoothie will remind you of the beach. It’s refreshing, hydrating, and has a bit of spiciness from the ginger. Plus, it is full of anti-oxidants!
2 cups seedless watermelon
1 cup whole strawberries
1 ripe tomato
1 peeled cucumber, diced
knob of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced (1-2 inches in size)
¼ cup seedless grapes
juice from 1 lime
8-10 ice cubes
- Place the watermelon, strawberries, tomato, grapes, cucumber, ginger, and lime juice into the blender and puree on the Smoothie setting.
- Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth.
