Starting a Yoga Practice from Your Living Room

As we age, besides healthy nourishing food, and perhaps a daily walk, there is nothing better for our bodies than a regular yoga practice. Yoga helps to relieve stress, stiffness, and even pain. While there are likely a variety of good yoga classes in your area, if you prefer to try out the practice in the comfort of your home for free, there are lots of options.  They vary in quality, so  it is wise to watch a video from beginning to end before trying it, to ensure that it is right for you. I’ve made a list of  yoga videos that beginner and/or advanced beginner yogis can follow. It can be streamed from your computer, as well as any devices and TVs  that allow you to access YouTube.
